Yoga-Mad offers a comprehensive range of blocks, bricks, wedges and 1/4 blocks in both wood and high quality EVA foam. Where we use foam we primarily use top quality first blow EVA foam which has the best memory, durability and stratch resistance available and is non toxic and wipe clean.

Pictured is a typical set of 4 full blocks (2"), 1 Spacer block and 2 x hi density foam bricks as is commonly used in Iyengar yoga - you may wish to add a 1" spacer block for fine tuning poses

For use as cushioning in inversions, such as the Shoulderstand (4 required), to support the head in forward bends and for lift in seated twists. One piece non-toxic, scratch-resistant first grade EVA foam with 3mm chamfered edges. 42kg/cbm density.

The chip foam block was the original yoga block and is still liked by some practitioners due to the excellent grip between blocks or due to the fact that these blocks are slightly softer than our EVA blocks.

This block is the same size as the Full block but half the thickness. It can be used in a number of postures but is particularly useful when one needs to reduce the height of one's lift by less than 5cm (2") in one go ie/ in Virasana. One piece non toxic first grade EVA foam with 2mm chamfered edges. 42kg/cbm density

The chip foam block was the original yoga block and is still liked by some practitioners due to the excellent grip between blocks. In additon the 1" block can be bent or rolled, unlike the EVA block, and so can be rolled for use under the ankles and in other specialist applications.

A safe and portable alternative to the traditional wooden brick, for use in numerous standing and seated postures to provide lift or grounding. With three distinctly different dimensions to vary the height, the brick offers firm and stable support in all planes. The brick is suitably hard that itwill not squasheven with 100kg + loads though it weighs a fraction of the weight of wood and will not damage floors (or toes!).

Bamboo is light, strong and is the ultimate sustainable product which is why we have selected it for our new eco yoga brick. The brick is hollow and is made from laminated bamboo using FDA approved adhesives. Use in numerous standing and seated postures to provide lift or grounding.
