100% cotton, coarse weave rug in Blue is designed for Ashtanga yoga where grip whilst sweating is required. The rug's grip increases as it gets wetter, the opposite to a PVC yoga mat. The Shiva's Trident helps keep you aligned.
The rug is often used with a standard mat to keep the rug in place; we recommend the Travel Mat.
