This safe foam brick is a good alternative to the wooden bricks. I use this in many standing and seated postures. It offers firm support and it is not distorted under my bodyweight, and also it does not damage my floor. Very good!
The block is strong enough to support yoga postures. I'm a beginner in yoga and some postures are still difficult to me. However, when I bought this EVA foam block, yoga routines became quite easy and results are amazing. The block is lightweight and i can easily transport it to yoga studio. My trainer also approved my choice.
