Although the Crescent-shaped zafu cushions fulfil the same purpose as a traditional round zafu they provide more support for your upper thighs, which some find more comfortable. The cover is 100% Cotton Drill with a hidden zip allows you to add or remove buckwheat hulls. It also has a convenient handle for easy carrying.

This is the smaller of our two Round Cushions making it ideal for those who are flexible and prefer a cross-legged posture. It is made from 100% cotton drill and is filled with buckwheat hulls. The double cover provides strength and makes washing easier than with pleated cushions as they usually have no liner. Also has a convenient handle for easy carrying.

This is the larger of our two Round Cushions making it ideal for those who are less flexible.It is made from 100% cotton drill and is filled with buckwheat hulls. The double cover provides strength and makes washing easier than with pleated cushions as they usually have no liner. Also has a convenient handle for easy carrying. This cushion makes sitting in meditation more confortable and is ideal for the Lotus or Half Lotus style meditation postures.

Zen Meditation Practitioners traditionally use Zafus as they are the most versatile size of cushion meaning they are suitable for a wide variety of postures. You can adjust the loft or the softness to suit you as there is a hidden zip which allows you to add or remove the filling. The Zafu also comes with a convenient carry handle and is filled with natural cotton batting. The cover is 100% cotton twill and is also pleated for extra durability.

The Zabuton is designed to protect the hands and feet on hard surfaces when meditating and is the perfect partner to our Zafu. The outer cover is made from 100% cotton dril which has a 100% cotton muslin zipped inner so you can top the cushion up. It is filled with cotton batting filling and comes in the same colours as the Zafu. Please note the picture shows a zafu on top of the zabuton which is not included.
