Most larger deliveries require someone to be in to sign for the delivery. If you are unable to be in, then during the checkout procedure there is a section where you can arrange for goods to be left in a secure location or with a neighbour. Please note we cannot be held responsible for packages that are not signed for. We recommend that you arrange for goods to go to a work address or family member/friends house so that someone is able to check and sign for the delivery.

Although next day deliveries are fulfilled on time by our courier the majority of the time, this service is not guaranteed. If the parcel is not delivered the following day and you place it before 1.30pm we will refund the next day element of your carriage (note you will not be refunded if the parcel could not be delivered on account of you not being there to sign for the parcel and have not made alternative arrangements).

If you need to return any of our products as you no longer require it, we will refund any unused items so long as you return them to us at your expense, in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase.

If you wish to return an item thats outside the 30 days please call us for approval first.
