Enter a new and interesting variation on the traditional yoga block, the egg shaped yoga block! The egg block provides lift and support like a normal block but being wedge shape allows you to fine tune the amount of support provided, particularly when used under the legs in seated postures.

Why not try using the eggs under your bands in forward bends and see how the egg shape allows you to gently move deeper in to your posture.

Sold singularly but it is recommended to have 2 as a minimum for use in postures.
